Data deletion

You can revoke Meta access and request deletion of associated technical data by following these steps.

Effective: 17 August 2026

1. Revoke the integration

Open the business integrations or apps settings in your Facebook or Instagram account, locate KIAI Social Publisher and remove its access. Meta will stop providing new data or permissions to the app.

2. Request deletion from KIAI

Email kiaitradingsolutions@gmail.com with the subject “Meta data deletion”. Identify the affected Facebook Page or Instagram username and provide a contact method for confirmation.

Never send passwords, one-time codes or access tokens. KIAI does not need those secrets to process deletion.

3. Confirmation and timing

We may request reasonable verification that you administer the identified asset. We will acknowledge the request and aim to complete deletion within 30 calendar days.

Deleted data and exceptions

We will delete linked identifiers, publication metadata and operational records that are no longer needed. We may retain minimal records when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
