These terms govern kiaitrading.com and describe the limited scope of KIAI Social Publisher.

Service scope

KIAI publishes educational information about algorithmic trading, risk management and Expert Advisors. KIAI Social Publisher is an internal publishing tool for owned assets and is not offered as a third-party service.

Authorized use

Do not attempt to access KIAI credentials, tokens, restricted areas or systems without authorization.
Do not use the website or its content for fraud, impersonation, malware distribution or infringement.
Follow the applicable terms and policies of Facebook, Instagram, MetaTrader and MQL5 Market.

Trading risk

Leveraged trading involves risk of loss. Backtests, simulations, out-of-sample tests, Monte Carlo and walk-forward tests are historical or simulated evidence; they are not live results and do not guarantee future performance.

KIAI does not provide personalized financial advice. Each user decides whether a tool is suitable and remains responsible for their account, broker, configuration and risk.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep information accurate and services operational, but third-party platforms, APIs, markets and connections can change or become unavailable. KIAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent compatibility.
