Controller and scope

KIAI Trading Solutions operates kiaitrading.com and KIAI Social Publisher, an internal publishing tool used exclusively with Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts owned by KIAI. We do not offer Meta login or publishing services to external clients.

Data we process

• Identifiers for the Facebook Page and professional Instagram account managed by KIAI.
• Access tokens issued by Meta and held only in protected runtime environment variables.
• Publication identifiers and public URLs, timestamps, status and error metadata needed for audit, verification and duplicate prevention.
• Business contact information voluntarily submitted to KIAI.
• Website measurement data when a visitor expressly accepts available analytics.

How we use information

We use this data to authenticate authorized requests, publish approved content to owned assets, verify the public result, maintain a technical record and answer enquiries.

KIAI does not sell personal data or Meta platform data and does not use that data to build third-party advertising profiles.

Security and retention

Tokens are operational credentials: they are not embedded in the website, source code, public reports or shared backups. They are revoked or rotated when no longer needed or when exposure is suspected.

Technical records are retained only as long as needed for audit, security and compliance. Retention may be extended when required by law or fraud prevention.

Your choices and contact

You can revoke the integration in Facebook or Instagram settings. You may also request access, correction or deletion by emailing kiaitradingsolutions@gmail.com and identifying only the affected Page or Instagram username.

Never send passwords, one-time codes or access tokens by email.
